Fine Art Wedding Films
Your wedding,
told like a film.
Story-driven wedding films, personally directed and edited by Jason Belkov. I take on a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets my full attention.
The Approach
Not a highlight reel.
A story about you.
A collection of beautiful shots laid over a song is easy to make. It is also easy to forget. I build every film around the real voices of your day: your vows, your letters, the toast that made everyone cry.
The result plays like a movie, because it is made like one. Couples tell me it is the closest thing to living the day again.
The Difference
Most videographers record your day.
I direct your story.
You are investing in something your family will watch for generations. That deserves a filmmaker, not a crew rotation.
Story first
Before the wedding, I get to know the two of you. How you met, what you are nervous about, who matters most. That is what shapes the film.
Cinema craft
Up to six cameras, cinema lenses, and clean audio, guided by the classic rules of filmmaking. Unobtrusive on the day, timeless on the screen.
One set of hands
I film your wedding and I edit your film. Personally. Nothing is handed off to a stranger in an editing farm.
Selected Films
Every couple, a different film.

Your Filmmaker
Hi, I'm Jason.
I filmed my first wedding in 2012 as a way to practice for making movies. I fell in love with the challenge right away: a wedding is the one set where there is no second take.
Before filmmaking, I ran kitchens as an executive chef. That taught me to stay calm when the pressure is highest, to notice the small details nobody else sees, and to respect the people who make an event happen. Your planner and photographer will tell you I am easy to work with.
Today I also direct brand films for companies across the country. Every wedding I take on gets that same level of craft.

"When we received our wedding video we re-watched it a million times over and both had not stopped crying. We wanted a movie of our day, not just some video, and he went above and beyond to do that for us."Christine & Pasquale
"Working with Jason and the crew was a dream. Watching our film, I feel like we're right back on our wedding day."
Diana & Kristian"Jason took the time to get to know me and my husband's story and genuinely cared about who we were as people, and brought that to life in the video."
Lindsay & RaaghibThe Experience
Calm, guided, and personal.
We meet
A call or a coffee at your venue. We talk about your day, your story, and make sure we are the right fit.
We plan
I help shape your timeline around light and emotion, and I connect with your planner and photographer before the day.
Your day
Natural, quiet direction. You stay present with your people while I capture the moments that only happen once.
Your films
A teaser arrives first, then your finished films, crafted by hand and delivered in a private gallery and an heirloom keepsake box.
Investment
An heirloom, made once.
Every wedding is quoted personally once I know the details of your day. Want the whole weekend? The Heirloom Collection, with rehearsal dinner, engagement film and a same-day edit, begins at $6,500.

Questions
Good to know.
How many weddings do you take each year?
Intentionally few. A limited calendar lets me spend real time getting to know each couple and give every film the edit it deserves. Popular dates go early, so reach out once you have your venue.
How would you describe your style?
Timeless and cinematic. I want your film to feel as right in twenty years as it does the week you receive it, so I avoid trendy effects and let your story lead.
Will you be intrusive on the day?
No. I work quietly with up to six cameras so I can stay out of the way. When I do give direction for portraits, it is natural movement, not stiff posing. Looking good on camera is my job, not yours.
How do you work with our photographer?
As a teammate. I reach out to your photographer before the wedding so we share a plan, and we keep each other out of frame on the day.
When will we receive our films?
Your teaser comes first. Your finished films follow in about four months. Each one is edited by hand, and I do not rush the story.
How do we reserve our date?
After we meet and you choose your collection, a simple online agreement and a one-third retainer secure your date. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
